Who says potatoes have to be bland? Add some flavor to your life with this delicious Lebanese Spiced Potato recipe!


  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Add the garlic, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir until the potatoes are coated in the spices.
  4. Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tomato is heated through.
