Chicken Lazone

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. butter

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts, making sure they’re evenly coated.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they’re cooked through.
