• 1/2 cup fruit preserves (e.g., raspberry or apricot)


. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, mixing well.
. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
