• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it in your palm. Place a small amount of cream cheese filling in the center with 1/2 tsp of Nutella and fold the dough around it, rolling it into a ball and roll it on granulated sugar.
. Place the stuffed cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
