Snicker’s Cheesecake Recipe

• 24 Oreo cookies
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup chopped Snicker’s bars


. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Combine the crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of the prepared pan.
. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
. Gently fold in the chopped Snicker’s bars, reserving some for topping.
. Pour the cheesecake batter over the Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the reserved Snicker’s bars on top.
. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for about 1 hour.
. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
. Garnish with whipped cream , the rest of chopped snickers and drizzle chocolate and caramel sauce for more Richness.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
