Coconut Cream Pie Gooey Bars


• 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup coconut cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)


. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
. In a separate bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, white chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and coconut cream. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before dusting with powdered sugar.
