Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup caramel sauce
• 24 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• Pinch of salt

Begin by preheating your oven to 325°F (163°C) and greasing a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

Pour half of the caramel sauce over the crust and spread it evenly.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, sour cream, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

Pour this cheesecake batter over the caramel layer in the pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.

Let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for about an hour.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set.

Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake just before serving.
