Brownie Bottom Cheesecake

• 1 box of your favorite brownie mix
• 2 packages (16 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• Pinch of salt
. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread it evenly in the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
. Mix in sour cream, flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
. Pour the cheesecake batter over the partially baked brownie layer. Smooth the top with a spatula.
. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
