Black Bottom Cherry Cheesecake!
This heavenly dessert is a perfect blend of rich chocolate, creamy cheesecake, and luscious cherries.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 2 cups cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
• 1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling

Directions:

. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
. Mix in sour cream until fully incorporated.
. Stir melted chocolate chips into the batter. Pour the batter over the crust.
. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the chocolate layer.
. Using a knife, gently swirl the cherry filling into the chocolate mixture.
. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen it. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
. Once chilled, remove from the springform pan, slice, and savor the divine combination of flavors topped with cherry filling
