Cherry Cheesecake with Oreo Crust


• 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 4 packages (32 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup cherry pie filling


. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crust.
