  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
For the Flavor Brushing Mixture
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter Can be swapped with light oil.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Optional.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 4-6 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning Plus more for serving.
  • to taste Kosher Salt

  • 2 pieces Lemon Wedges For serving.
  • 8 Kabob Skewers Metal skewers recommended.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the petite red potatoes and cook for about 5-6 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Slice the corn on the cob into four pieces for easy skewering.
  3. Assemble skewers by alternating between potatoes, corn, sausage slices, and shrimp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F to 400°F.
  6. Grill the potato and corn skewers for 10-12 minutes, brushing periodically with the flavoring mixture.
  7. Add the shrimp and sausage skewers to the grill and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning, and serve with lemon wedges.
