Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the red potatoes into uniform 1-inch chunks and place them in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add potato chunks to the seasoning mixture and toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat of approximately 400°F.
  5. Transfer the seasoned potatoes onto a large sheet of aluminum foil and create a sealed packet.
  6. Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for 10 minutes; flip and grill for another 10 minutes.
  7. Carefully open the packet and sprinkle with cheese and bacon; close and grill for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Remove from grill, garnish with parsley and green onions, and serve hot.
