For the Kabobs
  • 2 pounds Boneless Sirloin Steak Consider ribeye or filet mignon for variation.
  • 1 pound Yukon Potatoes Baby red or white potatoes can substitute.
  • 3 medium Bell Peppers Use various colors for vibrancy.
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion Leeks or shallots can be milder substitutes.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by setting aside 3 tablespoons of McCormick® Grill Mates Brazilian Steakhouse Marinade in a small bowl.
  2. In a large resealable bag or glass dish, combine the cubed boneless sirloin steak with the remaining marinade and toss until well-coated. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Pierce Yukon potatoes a few times with a fork, microwave on high for about 4-5 minutes until tender. Allow to cool.
  4. Assemble kabobs by threading steak, Yukon potatoes, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F). Oil the grill grates lightly.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with reserved marinade during the last 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes before serving.
