- Start by setting aside 3 tablespoons of McCormick® Grill Mates Brazilian Steakhouse Marinade in a small bowl.
- In a large resealable bag or glass dish, combine the cubed boneless sirloin steak with the remaining marinade and toss until well-coated. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pierce Yukon potatoes a few times with a fork, microwave on high for about 4-5 minutes until tender. Allow to cool.
- Assemble kabobs by threading steak, Yukon potatoes, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F). Oil the grill grates lightly.
- Grill the kabobs for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with reserved marinade during the last 2 minutes.
- Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes before serving.
