  • 0.75 cup Cornstarch
For the Sauce

  • 0.25 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Coat each shrimp with cornstarch and arrange in a single layer.
  3. Heat oil in a pot or deep fryer to 350°F. Ensure accurate temperature for frying.
  4. Fry coated shrimp in batches for about 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Stir until smooth.
  6. Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce and serve immediately.
