Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), pound the chicken to an even thickness, and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Set up a breading station with whisked eggs and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake breaded chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the pasta until al dente, reserving a cup of pasta water.
