S’mores Cheesecake

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this mouthwatering S’mores Cheesecake!


• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 cups cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/4 cup chocolate ganache
• 2 graham crackers, crushed
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar


. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips and pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown.
. Let the cheesecake cool, then drizzle chocolate ganache over the top and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar.
. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
