Puffcorn Christmas Munch


• 1 bag of Puffcorn (about 8-10 cups)
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1 cup red and green holiday M&M’s
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Puffcorn and holiday M&M’s. Set aside.
. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the white and milk chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth and well combined.
. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Puffcorn mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
. Spread the coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even coating.
. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the mixture for an extra festive touch.
. Once cooled and set, break the Puffcorn Christmas Munch into clusters and serve in a holiday-themed bowl.
