• 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons instant coffee granules

For the Creamy Coffee Frosting:

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and instant coffee granules. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
