Lemon Cheesecake Pie Recipe

• 1 pre-made pie crust
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Powdered sugar, for garnish
• Ground cinnamon, for garnish


. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the pie crust in a pie dish, crimping the edges as desired.
. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
