Crustless Spinach Quiche


• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme


. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and green bell pepper until softened.
. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
. Spread the sautéed veggies evenly in the greased pie dish, and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and cheese.
. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
