Chocolate Truffle Cake

• 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 cups dark chocolate chips
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)


. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, unsalted butter, and sugar. Stir until the butter melts and the mixture is well-combined.
