Double Chocolate and Chocolate Chip Muffins


• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped


. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
. In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped dark chocolate.
. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
