Chocolate Marble Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 4 packages (32 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Add melted chocolate to the remaining mixture and blend until smooth.
. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture over the plain mixture. Use a knife to create a marbled effect by swirling gently.
. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour.
. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Once chilled, release the springform pan and serve chilled slices of this luscious Chocolate Marble Cheesecake.
