• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 mozzarella cheese cubes
• 2 cups tomato sauce
• Fresh basil leaves for garnish


. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
. Take a portion of the mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a mozzarella cube in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a meatball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. set it aside until you make the sauce.
