Ingredients:
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoons limoncello liqueur
• Zest of one lemon
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
. In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter, either using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth.
. Add limoncello and lemon zest to the melted chocolate mixture, stirring well to combine.
. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until the truffle mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until firm.
