- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine yellow cake mix, lemon pudding mix, lemon juice, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22-24 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Edges should slightly pull away from the pan.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift them out using parchment and cool completely.
