Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Rinse fresh herbs thoroughly, dry them with a clean towel, pluck leaves from stems, and spread them on a baking sheet. Roast until completely dry, around 1 hour, checking occasionally.
  2. Prepare the mushroom powder by blending the dried mushrooms in a blender or food processor until a fine powder forms. Sift through a fine mesh strainer for a silky texture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the dried herbs, mushroom powder, kosher salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir thoroughly until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the Wild Mushroom Seasoning Salt into an airtight container, preferably a glass jar or spice container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
