- Combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter with 1/3 cup of maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Add 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats to the mixture and stir until fully coated.
- Scoop the mixture into silicon molds and press down firmly.
- Add a small dollop of peanut butter on top of each cup, if desired, and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips with a teaspoon of oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cups and freeze again for 20 minutes to set.
- Remove from molds and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired before serving.
