Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and minced fresh mint until well combined and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gently wash and dry strawberries and blueberries. Remove stems from strawberries and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Slice watermelon into rounds and use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out star shapes from the slices.
  4. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruit and gently toss until all the fruit is coated.
  5. Optionally garnish with lime zest or additional mint leaves before serving. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2-3 days.
