Step-by-Step Instructions for Korean Strawberry Milk
  1. Combine ¾ cup diced strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar in a mixing bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, mix 2 cups diced strawberries, 3 tablespoons sugar, and lemon juice. Boil and simmer for 10 minutes until syrupy.
  3. In a glass, combine 2-3 tablespoons of strawberry syrup with ¾ cup non-dairy milk. Add ice if desired and top with macerated strawberries.
  4. Adjust sweetness as needed and serve garnished with whole strawberries.
