- Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut into large chunks. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place quartered onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the crockpot. Add seasoned pork pieces on top.
- Pour orange juice and lime juice over the pork. Sprinkle with cumin, oregano, and chili powder.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove pork shoulder and shred with two forks.
- For extra crunch, spread shredded pork on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes.
