Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread ½ cup marinara sauce in the bottom of the greased dish.
  4. Layer dry lasagna sheets to cover the sauce evenly.
  5. Spread ⅓ of the cheese mixture over the sheets and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layering with marinara, lasagna sheets, and cheese mixture until all are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Check for doneness after 40 minutes; return to oven if needed.
  9. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
