Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F, or prepare your grill.
  2. Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and BBQ rub.
  4. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture, then top with brisket.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with two slices of bacon tightly.
  6. Place on a cooking rack or grilling mat and bake for 45 minutes or grill for 35-40 minutes.
  7. In the last 10 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
