  • 1 package Crescent Rolls or gluten-free crescent dough

  • 1 cup Fresh Salsa for a zesty kick
  • 1 cup Guacamole fresh or store-bought
  • 1 cup Sour Cream lime-spiked for a refreshing tang

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning with ¼ cup water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Open the crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Place the triangles on the baking sheet in a sunburst pattern.
  4. Spoon the seasoned beef filling over the wide ends of the crescent triangles and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Fold the points of the crescent dough over the filling, tucking them underneath the wide ends.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top in the last 5 minutes.
  7. Let the Taco Ring cool for 10 minutes before slicing for clean wedges.
