- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning with ¼ cup water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Open the crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Place the triangles on the baking sheet in a sunburst pattern.
- Spoon the seasoned beef filling over the wide ends of the crescent triangles and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Fold the points of the crescent dough over the filling, tucking them underneath the wide ends.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top in the last 5 minutes.
- Let the Taco Ring cool for 10 minutes before slicing for clean wedges.
