Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting half a seedless watermelon into cubes or using a melon baller to scoop out the flesh. Place the watermelon in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Next, hull and slice a generous amount of strawberries, then add them to the bowl.
  3. Thinly slice 6 mint leaves and 3 basil leaves, sprinkling them over the fruit.
  4. In a small bowl, combine ⅓ cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of lime zest, and ¼ cup of fresh-squeezed lime juice. Add ¼ teaspoon of sea salt and whisk until well blended.
  5. Gradually whisk in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until a smooth vinaigrette forms.
  6. Drizzle half of the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately to enjoy the vibrant colors and fresh flavors.
