Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Arrange in a single layer in an oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until well blended.
  3. Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the chicken thighs and pour half of the honey garlic sauce over them, ensuring they’re coated.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle remaining sauce over and garnish with chopped green onions.
