Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash a ripe banana until smooth, then add nut butter and maple syrup, mixing well.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined, keeping a slightly lumpy texture.
  5. Scoop out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden around the edges and soft in the center.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
