- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions, typically around 3-5 minutes for fresh tortellini or longer for frozen. Once cooked, drain the tortellini and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- While the tortellini cools, wash and chop all the vegetables. Toss them into a large mixing bowl along with the finely chopped parsley.
- Add the cooled tortellini to the bowl containing the vegetables. Pour in the creamy ranch dressing and sprinkle in the shredded Parmesan cheese. Gently toss the ingredients together.
