For the Oats Mix
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats or quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds optional for thinner consistency
  • 1 cup Greek or Skyr Yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup Non-Dairy Milk unsweetened almond, oat, or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or honey if not vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract can substitute with almond extract
  • 1 cup Chopped Strawberries or your favorite berries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  2. Evenly distribute the mixture into airtight containers, filling them about ¾ full.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir the oats and add additional non-dairy milk if needed. Top with extra strawberries or nut butter.
