- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Evenly distribute the mixture into airtight containers, filling them about ¾ full.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir the oats and add additional non-dairy milk if needed. Top with extra strawberries or nut butter.
