  • 1-2 cups sparkling water or club soda

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a sturdy glass, combine 6 ripe strawberries, hulled and halved, with 10 fresh mint leaves. Muddle gently to release juices.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one fresh lime into the muddled mixture and stir for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice nearly to the top.
  4. Pour 1-2 cups of sparkling water over the ice and stir gently for 10 seconds.
