Preparation
- Press the firm tofu by wrapping it in paper towels and placing a heavy object on top for about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and marinate them in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil, then place the marinated tofu on the grill.
- Grill for about 5 minutes on each side until nicely charred.
- Remove the tofu from the grill, let it rest for a couple of minutes, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
