  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Sub fresh herbs if available
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup Mix with BBQ sauce for extra flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking surface.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into an oval mound on the prepared baking sheet, resembling a brain.
  4. Spread ketchup over the top for a bloody appearance, and drizzle BBQ sauce into the indentations.
  5. Bake for 50–60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serve with sides of your choice.
