Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the frozen dumplings according to package instructions, either by boiling or pan-frying.
  2. Combine dried red chili flakes, toasted sesame seeds, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Heat neutral oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  4. Carefully pour hot oil over the chili mixture to bloom the aromatics.
  5. After 2 minutes, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to the chili oil blend and stir to combine.
  6. Drain the dumplings and place in a serving bowl. Pour the chili oil sauce over them and garnish with green onions.
