Step-by-Step Instructions for Spam Kimbap
  1. Prepare the sushi rice by cooking according to package instructions until tender, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a bowl to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Sauté sliced Spam in a skillet with sesame oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down. Spread a thin layer of cooled sushi rice over the nori.
  4. Layer crispy Spam, pickled radish, cucumber, and carrot strips across the rice closer to the bottom edge.
