- Start by husking the fresh corn, carefully removing the green outer layers and silk threads. Rinse the corn under cool water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Spread a generous layer of the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn, coating all sides evenly.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Place the coated corn on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
