Ingredients

Method
 

Marinate and Sauté
  1. In a bowl, combine the flank steak with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper for 5–7 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Cook Steak
  1. Increase heat to medium-high and add marinated flank steak to the skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently until browned.
  2. Return sautéed vegetables to the skillet with the steak and mix. Cook on low for another 1–2 minutes.
Prepare and Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Split sub rolls and fill with steak and vegetable mixture. Top with provolone cheese.
  2. Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
