  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust for spice level
For Garnish
  • 2 pieces Lime Wedges
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  2. Place chicken breasts into a ziplock bag and pour in the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the grill or skillet. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the cooked chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice the chicken into strips and garnish with lime wedges and chopped cilantro.
