Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Spice Rub by mixing salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Make the Basil Sauce by blending fresh basil, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until creamy.
  4. Bake the salmon at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until it flakes easily.
  5. Assemble the salad by chopping tomatoes and cucumber, then toss with corn and season.
  6. Serve the salmon on a bed of rice or quinoa, drizzled with basil sauce and with the salad on the side.
