  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in the baking dish and slather with the creamy ranch glaze.
  4. Roast the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
