- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing into wedges.
